Four Factors for Finishing Fantastically

1.Remember Who You Are
2.Remember Who's You Are
3.Remember Why You Are
4.Remember How Great You Are

There is more to you than you imagine.  You are more significant that you have previously discerned.  You are a greater human being that you have been being.  You are meant to do marvelous exploits and tremendous feats.

These phrases need to come out of our mouths continuously.  They are all true.  They are all a faithful witness to your future.  There are some days we need to hear them more than others, but we still need to hear them.  It would be great if others said them to us, but for some of you this is not a reality yet.  But it can be.

I am blessed to have a group of people around me who believe that I can do whatever I choose to put my mind to.  They trust my discernment in choosing the pathway for the future and they really do believe that it can be done, all of it, every last crazy idea I have.  This is a great way to live.

That is why I find it so foreign when someone plays the "Devil's Advocate” and tries to convince me of the impossibility of any one of my visions and dreams.  I just don't know what to do with these people.  Usually I don't do anything, other than politely, (and sometimes not so politely) ignore them.  I can do that because they are so much a minority in my life.  They are a whispering voice amongst a multitude of believers.

How did I attract such a supportive crowd?  I built it.  People do what you do.  People return what you send out.  If you plant apples don't look for oranges.  If you plant pessimism, well, you know what you will harvest.

I need the great cloud of witnesses who believe in me. I need them like I need the air to breathe.  As I get older my visions for change and transformation are not diminishing they are multiplying.  I need these people them more than ever so that I  never settle for average.
So I must be constantly adding to their numbers by how I believe in their futures, their dreams and their visions.  If you find yourself surrounded by negativity check what you yourself are producing and distributing.

As we begin this new year 2010 let's build a team of unabashed dreamers.  Let's surround ourselves with people who expect the best from us and for us. Let's Co-Create with amazing people who have our back and believe in our futures.  And let's begin by being all of those things first for someone else.
