The Power Body Course is a 6 Week TeleSeminar, upcoming one day couse and upcoming 8 CD series. During this course we teach you how to love yourself, eat for nutrition, break negative habits, learn positive self talk and make peace with your body.  Our students transform.


Total Health
Health is your number one asset. When you are healthy you can create anything you put your mind to. Lasting health is a matter of simple disciplines:

 -  Daily Exercise – at least 20 minutes.
 -  Restful Sleep – at least 7 hours.
 -  Clean Water – at least 8-10 glasses.
 -  Proper Nutrition – eating a balanced diet.
